The PAC7365PJ-AA is a CMOS image sensor from Pixart's PrimeSensorTM series. It features a 1/4” VGA analog sensor and supports NTSC/PAL output formats. The sensor includes 2-layers of OSD and interfaces with SPI Flash and I2C EEPROM. It comes in a CSP package with dimensions of 3.42mm x 3.42mm x 0.76mm. The sensor has a resolution of 400x400 pixels, a global shutter, and a maximum frame rate of 120fps. It consumes 65mW at 120fps and 2.7mW in standby. Interfaces include MIPI/H-Parallel for pixel data and I2C for register control.
